Yes, I’m saddened and appalled at the state of our country and the world, feeling concern, even dread, at what the future is likely to bring.  But I’m not giving up my power to people who don’t have my best interests at heart or align with my values, or to despair and overwhelm.  And you don’t have to either.

That’s because we all have natural superpowers, like healing, creativity, intuition and manifestation.  Reiki can awaken them instantly, then we can develop them with training and practice, for the rest of our lives.

This is my project for 2025, and I invite you to join me and make it your best year yet with the most audacious, comprehensive Essential Art of Reiki training program ever.

Thrive in ‘25! is a 12-month Novice-to-Master package with everything you need for your own optimal wellness and success in healing naturally, feeling empowered in a conflicted world, and helping to make life better for yourself and others. 

I’m wrapping up my updated Level 1 & 2 classes with advanced training in Sharing the Gift of Reiki, Master Level 3, Reiki Path Coaching and apprenticeship opportunities, for a gift that keeps giving all year long, to yourself or someone you love - or better yet, both!

Classes will still be weekly live Zooms with slides, interaction, practice and supplemental materials.

You’ll gather with me for a Vermont retreat to enjoy summer in the beautiful Green Mountains, practice giving (and receiving!) hands-on sessions and learning how to really help other people.

I’ll help you discern the best Reiki Path for you, which may be a deeper dive into self-care, personal healing and growth, recovery from illness or injury; or using Reiki to help others, whether human or animal, at home or in the community, in a medical or other setting, volunteer or professional.  The possibilities are endless!

You’ll also apprentice with me or in your community or both, to get experience, especially in the area of your chosen Reiki Path.  If you’re not sure what Path you want to pursue, you can try different options and let the way unfold before you in perfect timing.
